Curious about Transition (s): Good and Also Good for Us!

Definition of Transition: Passage from one place or state to another; charge; as, the transition of the weather from hot to cold. A passing from one subject to another. Change from one form to another.

You may have wondered where I’ve been. Well, I have been working on and experiencing the “troublesome” transition from using my eleven year old computer to my brand new computer. WOW! The hours and hours expended were incredible.

I had been getting stomach-ache-inducing messages warning me that my “Disk Space Is Low.” I was frantically deleting unneeded programs, transferring large folders and files to my external hard drive, and worrying.

Two of my wonderful children came to the rescue. They sent me a new computer for my birthday. It was loaded with up-to-date programs, lots of space, and new peripherals. However, if you are familiar with computers, you may know the work involved with a transition described above by Darren L. Johnson.

I spent at least seven hours on the phone with technology experts, more hours reading and trying “Help” topics, and even more hours grappling with updates and transferal of information from the old to the new. Anyway, I am back in business and still getting used to the new, but really love my new setup.

Thus, I thought it would fun to check out and share transition quotations. So, here goes:
